Elaborate a 5 years Project proposal based on innovative approaches to building resilience. The initiative was submitted in June 2013 to 135 stakeholders in Dar Sila (UN, NGO, local organisations and officials) and was unanimously approved in an official document : « Déclaration de Goz Beida ».
Following the Central African Republic crisis, facilitate an inter ministry committee in charge of a strategic plan development for returnees in Chad. The plan is twofolds : an emergency response as well as a recovery and long term resetlement plan.
